Front bumper Microcar MGO2

The front bumper for the Microcar MGO2 is the plastic body part that is fitted at the front of the moped car on the existing mounting points. The bumper forms the first visible surface at the front when the moped car is approached and at the same time protects the chassis parts underneath from contact and light impact. The bumper is made of ABS plastic, a sturdy but yielding material that can absorb a light knock without breaking straight away and that stands up to everyday marks and scuffs.

You usually replace a front bumper after collision damage in daily city traffic where the plastic is cracked, dented or broken off at one of the corners (bumper damage is usually visible right away on a photo of the incident), or after years of exposure to sun and weather during which the original plastic fades, shows weathering marks or turns dull and the moped car ends up looking neglected. This front bumper is supplied in unpainted black ABS, which means you can have it painted in the colour of your moped car before fitting. This gives you the option to match the colour exactly to the rest of the bodywork. This front bumper is by Bonq and technically equivalent to the original part.
